Pietro Querini and the Brotherhood of Bacalà alla Vicentina

TGR Veneto broadcast a report dedicated to discovering the Confraternity of Bacalà alla Vicentina, our founding member. Bacalà alla Vicentina, the real protagonist, is a dish that encompasses history, tradition and culture, skilfully enhanced by the Confraternity.

During the service, mention was also made of the adventurous journey of Pietro Querini, who, while shipwrecked on the Lofoten Islands, discovered a new way of preserving codfish.
