From 18 to 21 September and again from 25 to 29 September, Sandrigo (Vicenza) will host the 38th edition of the Festa del Baccalà alla Vicentina, an unmissable event for anyone passionate about authentic cuisine, local traditions and cultural exchange.
Visitors will not only be able to enjoy the famous Lofoten PGI stockfish served in countless delicious variations, but also take part in a rich programme of cultural events: from the theatrical performance “Occhi di Mare – The Shipwreck of the Querina” by the Balenieri della Ceronda, to the awarding of the Querina Prize (established in 2023 to honour Pietro Querini), to an immersive talk dedicated to the Stockfish Route, linked to the exhibition of the same name, and, of course, many more surprises to discover.
This year, the Festival will also welcome students from the Music Middle School of Axams (Mittelschule Karl Schónherr Axams), hosted in collaboration with IC…
