Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as of the provisions contained in the 'Privacy policy' following these 'Legal notes'.
The contents published on the site, where not otherwise explicitly indicated, are protected by current legislation on the protection of copyright under Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, as amended and supplemented, and may not be replicated on other websites, mailing lists, newsletters, printed magazines and CD-ROMs or other media not indicated, without the prior authorisation of this Association whatever the purpose of use.
To this end, it is possible to request authorisation by e-mail to be sent to the following address staff@viaquerinissima.net, indicating the applicant's details, the subject of the authorisation request; the site or other medium on which you intend to replicate the contents of this website; the duration and purpose (non-profit or otherwise) of the replication.
The authorisation, requested in writing by e-mail, shall only be deemed to have been accepted following the express written consent of the legal representative of the Association or his delegate. The possible absence of a reply from the Association shall in no case be interpreted as tacit authorisation.
The Association reserves the right to change, at its sole and unquestionable discretion, at any time, the terms and conditions of use under which the services are offered. The use of the site and its services after the changes have taken place implies the User's consent to the changes.
The site may propose links to the websites of other Public Institutions, Public or Private Bodies and Associations or for particular Commercial Activities and Events. All websites accessed by the User, other than the institutional websites of the Association, even through the use of a hyperlink, are totally independent from the site. The Association has no control over such external websites and their contents and services, and is therefore not responsible for the contents and functioning included therein. The User, therefore, acknowledges and accepts that no responsibility can be attributed to the Association in relation to the use of the sites that can be accessed through hyperlinks placed within it.
The Website contains links to some of the main social networks (e.g. Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn). If the User acts with the links, the interaction data are collected and processed exclusively by the managers of the social platforms according to the logic and processing methods declared by them. Any personal data transmitted by the User to the site are processed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, and the relevant state legislation in force - on the processing of personal data of Users interacting with the Association's website exclusively from the address https://www.viaquerinissima.net/ (and not also through other external websites that may be linked to this one).
Processing of personal data means, according to Article 4(1) no. 2) of the GDPR, 'any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction'.

Navigation data:
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.
These include, for example: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User's operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. It is kept for the time strictly necessary for the relevant operations. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.

Optional provision of data: apart from that specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms to the Association. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

Purposes of data collection and processing details
Through this website, the Association processes personal data to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of its functions, excluding processing when the purposes pursued can be achieved by means of anonymous data or in such a way that the data subject can be identified only in case of necessity.

The User's data are collected exclusively to enable the Controller to provide its service or perform the service requested and expressed in the purposes of the processing, namely:

Modalities of data processing
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the Data Controller, some processing operations may also be carried out by other third parties, to whom the Association entrusts certain activities, or part of them, functional to the provision of the service. In this case, said subjects will be designated as External Data Processors. The Association will require adequate minimum security measures from the possibly designated External Processors, in order to be able to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data.
Personal data are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose. Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
The data may also be communicated, if requested, to the competent authorities, in fulfilment of obligations arising from mandatory legal regulations.
Legal basis for processing
The Controller processes personal data relating to the User if one of the following conditions exists:

However, it is always possible to ask the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing operation and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on law, required by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.
Place of processing
The data are processed at the Controller's premises and at any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Storage period
Personal data provided by Users are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or until the User revokes his consent.
The criteria used to determine the period of retention of personal data are those suggested by current Italian regulations on retention and, in any case, compliance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity and proportionality, as well as the purposes for which the data were provided.
Users' Rights
Users may at any time exercise their rights under Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, where applicable.
