Festival of Bacalà alla Vicentina

 From September 18 to 21 and 25 to 29, Sandrigo will host the 38th edition of the Festa del Baccalà, an unmissable event for lovers of fine cuisine and tradition, sharing how their activities can offer a different way to discover Venice, off the beaten path, combining the three cultural routes heritage sites.

Visitors will not only be able to enjoy the famous Lofoten PGI stockfish served in countless delicious variations, but also take part in a rich programme of cultural events: from the theatrical performance “Occhi di Mare – The Shipwreck of the Querina” by the Balenieri della Ceronda, to the awarding of the Querina Prize (established in 2023 to honour Pietro Querini), to an immersive talk dedicated to the Stockfish Route, linked to the exhibition of the same name, and, of course, many more surprises to discover.
