El baccalà mantecà: i fioi conta e cusina in venessian

The children from the Dante Alighieri Comprehensive Institute Venice 3 (a member of Via Querinissima) took on the challenge of preparing one of the typical dishes of Venetian cuisine and a flagship product of Via Querinissima: stockfish, known in Venetian dialect as baccalà.

In the video titled “El baccalà mantecà: i fioi conta e cusina in venessian” (Mantecato Stockfish: Kids Speak and Cook in Venetian), the children explain, in Venetian dialect, how to prepare baccalà mantecato.
