From May 15 to 16, Mie Othelie Berg will participate in the international conference "Music to my Ears: Creative Practices in Music and Translation" in London at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Her presentation focused on the ambitious project of Querini Opera to Venice, highlighting her work in translating and adapting the role of the Cormorant from a Norwegian dialect into English.
The result? A fascinating trilingual opera performed in Norwegian, Italian, and English, a true bridge between languages, cultures, and artistic expression.
